Welcome to my blog!

My super awesome husband gave me a super fabulous camera a few years back and I've been hopelessly obsessed and have driven my children crazy with, "look at Mommy" and "you can have a piece of candy if you let me take 5 pictures", ever since. Here are just a few of those moments I steel away from my uber cute kiddos, and a few more moments I occasionaly get to take of other people...to the relief of my family. I do love to practice on anyone who will let me, so if you would like your picture taken let me know!

Catch Up

I may be a tad bit behind on my blog, but I have plenty of good excuses, like...

...busyness,

...laziness,

...and morning sickness.

That's right, I'm having baby number four. But that's only been an excuse for the last 16 weeks. Before that I was mostly busy, then lazy.

So the next several post will be a catch up of what my family has been doing since mid-June. Geesh, I just realized that's seven months.

We left off with our awesome vacation in Southern CA with my in-laws. While we were there we went to Sea World! I had never been there before and I loved it! The kids kind of liked it too.

I brought my point and shoot camera that I hadn't used in a few years. I forgot how easy it is to just slip in my diaper bag. We hit a lot of animal shows.

Shameful starfish.

Look at the giant walrus Uncle Rusty won for Jared!

And that was our trip to Sea World.

A Whole Lot of Family...as in, lots of pictures.

My in-laws invited us to go on a super awesome beach vacation with them down south. It was beautiful and relaxing and fun. While we were there we took some family pictures. I pulled out my poor ignored tripod and made it feel useful again while getting some group pictures of the whole family.

I was testing my exposure and caught this little scene, which I really like for no good reason at all.

Kayla and cutie-pie little Aiden.

The whole family.

My little family.

Check out Madie!

Kim and Susie

All the grandkids.

Once again, check Madie out.

Yes, I'm making a funny face.

The waves were attacking.

Me

So I wore these fugly shoes to walk down to the beach because they are oh so comfortable. Then I forgot to take them off when we started snapping pictures. Uug!

Nathan

He really looks nothing like himself here.

The Beach

An odd attempt at posing just the kids.

Bye-bye!
